question please We have the 3 new files for each dialpad space now

one.png (108x62)
keypad-icon-one.png (38x46)
one-down.png (106x65)

I assume the "down" is what is seen when pressing the button - Which though is the "number" the one.png or the keypad-icon-one.png? I was guessing its just the "one.png" but then thought no, maybe its the icon???

Thanks as always for any help!

EDIT: ok my head clicked that the smallest of the images must be the "numbers"

hmm i was sure the dialpads went from 320x128 > 320x114 and they renamed em to:

dialpad-row1.png -> dialpad-row1dtmf.png

So in order to get my dialers back i have to resize it to 320x132? and of course renaming them

*ahhh I see what u mean now the dtmf.png must be a backup

Edit: yeah like pixielee says we have 3 files per number and we can't change the "downed number" another words if you change the color of keypad-icon-one.png (number) to green when you press on that number it will remain green unless theres another file named **keypad-icon-one-press.png or something like that I don't think I'll be editing the keypad for a while lol

I copied the new dialer images to the USB drive on my phone, then edited them through photoshop and when I uploaded the new images and downloaded the updated version of my theme the dialer still had white numbers. Is there a style in the style sheets making this color white? When I switched all the images back to the the default images, my dialer now shows a blank dial pad on the preview for the phone preview on Prethemer. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

right, the smallest image (keypad-iconXXX) is the one that's the actual number. The others (such as one and one-down) are the BACKGROUND for the button. Down is what's shown when the button is pressed

I am trying to edit the dial pad, and a description of what some of the icons are would be great. I have figured out most of the buttons but I am confused on where seven.png, seven-down.png and eight.png, eight-down.png, nine.png, nine-down.png and star and pound are. any one notice? How do I edit those buttons. thanks!.

Last edited by xtrezpasor; 10-01-2009 at 10:10 PM. Reason: Nevermind - it must reuse 4 5 6 for 7 8 9. And i think empty and backspace are for pound and star
