1.1.3 = Removed the words from the dial pad BG

1.1.4 = Removed Palm Pre from bootscreen
Added new calendar icons.
Updated some notification icons.

1.1.5 = Updated battery icons

1.2.0 = Recreated the boot screen.

1.2.1 = Video area modified.
Music area modified.
Various other tweaks and changes.

1.2.2 = Revamped the dial pad thanks to PreThemer's dial pad from his Venom theme.
Changed the background on the dashboard.
Cleaned up some icon colors that seemed a bit pink. More work to be done on this later.

1.2.3 = Small update to the dial pad. I didn't like the way it was and I also needed to change the BG.

***PreThemer fixed an issue with custom network names and colors not showing. You will have to download again in order to see the fix. Thanks!***

1.2.4 = Touched up a couple minor things that had been bugging me. Mostly colors.
Changed a couple small icons, mostly in messaging.

1.2.5 = Last attempt at a clean and easy to read messenger. I can't make everyone happy so I am going with what I like.

1.2.6 = Changed the EV and 1x icons, updated a couple notification icons.

1.2.7 = ***Warning*** New dial pad (WORK IN PROGRESS) If you don't want a half done dial pad, do not install this update! It is functional, just not done graphically.

1.2.8 = ***Same warning as above applies***
Worked on the dialer some more. Slowly adding in new dial graphics.
Changed emoticons. Old ones were boring.

1.2.9 = Dialer buttons I think are done and purple to go with the rest of the theme. Should be considered done and ready to download/install.

1.3.0 = Touched up some icons as well as finalized the boot screen.

1.3.1 = ***WORK IN PROGRESS*** Trying some new battery icons. Only have the 100% so far. Will finish tomorrow.

1.3.2 = All battery icons are done. Thanks to Gadgetfreak from PPCgeeks.com for the icons

1.3.3 = Tweaking the battery icons.

1.3.4 = updated phone app for Pre 1.3.1 changes

1.3.4 will probably be my last update for this theme aside from problems that may arise from Palm updates or minor tweaking.

I hope everyone enjoys using this theme as much as I enjoyed making it!

I updated again but without the Tux Vader on the wallpaper. When it uploaded to the sight, it was cutting off the top a little and se of the bottom so I removed it.

I think the theme is great. I really like the detail to all of the icons. The only thing I think could be changed is the background to the phone dialer. It is kind of hard to see what is going on. Great Job!

Thank you for the input! Originally, that background was also a purple which as you can imagine, made the dialer even harder to see, so I changed it to the green, however, I agree it is still a little difficult to see. If i get enough requests for this, I may consider changing it.

Fantastic theme! My fav so far! Only suggestions: Make the R2D2 icon the icon for the telephone app. That way you will have R2D2 and C3PO bracketing the ends of the launch bar. Also, you need to add Luke, Leia, Obi-wan, and Yoda! Yoda - Calendar Obi-Wan - Camera Luke - Photos Leia - Videos Or something like that. Keep up the great work!

This theme is great, good job man. Like CougZac said, Ill agree with him, the background to the phone dialer, could be changed. Maybe Im just not getting it, but it doesnt seem to flow with the rest of the theme. I get the light saber, but what is up with the little heart on the handel? And the neon tatoo tribal piece in the background. Something more star wars esque, would be alot better. Thats my only suggestion

It's a great theme but the font at the bottom distracts a little form the icons. Too much there. I like it better without it. Otherwise GREAT JOB!!!

Great Job dragbug, the phone picture is much better now, great!. Yeah I noticed that when I dial the font at the top of the pictuers gets in the way of the name of the person im calling when im on a call. It is a bit distracting, would look better without the wording.

Thanks, I was afraid that might happen as well. Sometimes it's hard to apply ideas without causing other issues. The Dial pad BG is kind of annoying in general since the dial pad is transparent so anything behind it needs to be carefully designed. I might just remove the the words or make the dial pad non transparent. I'll play around tonight if I get some extra time. Thanks.

I think just removing the words would help alot. If you make the dial pad non transparent, then you wont be able to see the great pic behind it. Maybe changing the color of dial pad would help, perhaps a RED like your avatars light saber. Red might stand out better against the picture then the purple does. Or you can use a less colorful picture in the background, something black/gray like say the DeathStar, that way things would stand out better against that background.

super cute theme. I wouldve given you fifve stars except I didn't like some of your updates and wish I had kept my older version. Namely changing the network from jedi knight, changing the dialer background from Luke skyguin and removing the palm Pre from boot screen. Also not sure if music page changes added anything but it anyways. Also some commenters mentioned how certain icons should b attached to certain apps. This shouldn't matter as most people customize their launcher. I like the purple and find it more soothing and easier to look at then say the red in messaging. Just my opinion. Keep up the good work

Unfortunately, I think PreThemer did something as I didn't remove the Jedi Knight from the top or change the color back to stock. I will have to get with PreThemer and see what happened with that. As for the dialer background, as nice as the other one was, it became worthless with the new dial pad because these buttons are not translucent and covered up the picture more. The custom network name/color should be fixed now according to PreThemer but I am unable to test right now. The theme has been regenerated so the fix should be available but you will have to download and reinsall the theme.

Once I updated to the newer version of Star Wars Tux theme yesterday, it broke my Preware-applied patches of only showing percent on topbar instead of battery (broke with new battery icon you created) and show day/month on topbar (now shows day/month/year and I have no way of removing the patches as it gives errors on both).

The biggest issue with showing the battery and the day/month/year is the time gets cut off due to too much trying to overlap and display. Anyone else running into this? I have no way to fix (would rather not hard reset phone)

I personally do not use the battery icon. I only have mine showing the percent and it works flawlessly with the battery icons added into the theme. That said, on another theme I used I was not able to show both the % and the battery icon together. Now as to your date/time on the top bar, I don't have that patch. I only have the time showing and have no issues so I won't be able to help with that, my applogies. You can try using QI and see if you can remove my theme and then try and remove the patches. Then try and install my theme then apply the patches. Beyond this I won't be of much help. Sorry.

Was able to remove Star Wars Tux theme, run Emergency Patch Removal (EPR) patch from Preware, reinstall Star Wars Tux theme, and reinstall patches I use again and seemed to fix my earlier issues. Thanks for your quick response and keep up the good work!

is it possible to change the font color in messaging? black on black bothers the hell out of me. if it is, its the best theme thus far.

Ok, try the messaging now and let me know if this is better or not. I am still not happy with the messaging boxes. I just can't seem to find a color combo I like. Thats why I went with the grey to black. I changed teh text color so we'll see if that helped any.

This is by far the most creative, outstanding theme i've seen... This theme leaves every other theme in the dust... Great work... Unfortunatly, the one down side is the messaging screen... The words are hard to read because of the black on dark.... and its difficult to distinguish incoming or outgoing.... A little fix there and this theme will be the best one available... Thanks for all your work... I'll save my rating until i here back from you...

Yes, the messaging has been a thorn in my side. Did you download since late yesterday? I didn't change the version number because all I did was change the text color on the messanger. It should be purple now. See if that is any better. If not I will revisit and see if I can come up with a decent color scheme that works in a star wars theme.

I would have to say no. These themes as far as I know are only usable on the Palm Pre.

hey man i just want to say great job i tried creating my own theme today and i failed miserably,lol. i love how detailed it is when u have weak signal it turns yellow thats sick!! anyways i just want to suggest if its possible to make the volume match the theme? keep up the great work i look forward to future work.
